Personal Profile JUDr. Pavel Brach, LL.M., attorney-at-law
I started my independent legal practice in my own law firm in 2013. At that time, I had more than 10 years of experience in notarial and legal practice. The many years of my personal and professional experience are the guarantee of the quality of legal services rendered by myself and my legal team.
My law firm currently provides a wide range of legal services to clients. I am glad that the number of my satisfied clients keeps increasing in each year of my practice and that many of my current clients are pleased to come back when they encounter any other legal problem. However, I always find time to spend with each client individually. I insist that we all in our team put emphasis on the individual approach to the client and on deep understanding of the client’s matter.
A crucial issue I put emphasis on is creating confidence of the client in my law firm and the work we do for the client. The client’s trust is a key aspect without which legal services cannot be rendered properly. The client’s trust in the law firm is not only about the firm’s ability to provide legal services with highest professional expertise but also its ability to comply with professional standards. These definitely include the confidentiality duty from which the attorney-at-law may only be released by the client. The confidentiality duty does not apply to cases when the client gives an express instruction not to comply with the duty towards a specific person.
Clients return also because none of them has suffered any damage in connection with my legal practice. After all, for this purpose, I have insurance cover from Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group, with an insurance limit of up to CZK 10,000,000 (with 2% deductible, a minimum of CZK 2,000).
I use my knowledge gained from my previous notarial trainee practice in corporate and commercial law, civil law and law of succession. My attitude to nature, town planning and architecture is reflected in the application of my knowledge in environmental protection, agricultural law, phytosanitary law and construction law, or in the representation of clients in proceedings mainly before the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic.
It should also be mentioned that I largely practice in the law of administrative infractions, including the defence of perpetrators of administrative infractions. I am the author of several articles on administrative law and now I occasionally lecture to distributors of plant protection products and pesticides on legal issues affecting plant protection products, their placement on the market, storage and sale. I also represent my clients in hearings of administrative infractions, mainly relating to driving offences and offences relating to vehicle operation, as well as offences relating to the disturbance of public peace. I am also a counsel in criminal matters. I am an attorney-at-law entered in the list of counsels authorised by the state with some courts in Prague.
I am also an attorney-at-law entered in the list of attorneys-at-law with the Supreme Administrative Court to be appointed for the poor in proceedings in administrative courts. I am also an attorney-at-law entered in the widely used and proven list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, Prague, since 2014. As a result, providing services to foreign nationals is nothing exceptional for my law firm.
Currently, you can contact me or my colleagues at my office located on the outskirts of Prague. The location allows my clients find easily accessible and comfortable parking spaces, which is now almost impossible in inner Prague.
